All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

1:1 Services & Strategy Sessions

Payments for 1:1 sessions (e.g., strategy, Canva training, video editing tutorials) are non-refundable. Your purchase secures your time slot and preparation for your customized session.

Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedules are subject to availability and must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.

No-Shows or Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a forfeited session without refund.
